Gary Takacs is the founder of CEO University® — Where CEOs Go To Grow® — a peer advisory organization helping CEOs scale leadership, growth, and culture since 1982.

With more than 40 years of experience as an executive leader, business coach, and turnaround expert, Gary brings a practical, results-first approach to peer advisory. He has held chief executive positions across the manufacturing, retail, and R&D industries, where he led repositioning, expansion, and acquisition efforts. The guiding principle behind every one of those efforts: companies that build a strong corporate culture outperform those that don’t.

That conviction is the foundation of CEO University®. Gary draws from his executive experience to lead a peer advisory program that puts culture at the center of every growth conversation — not as a soft topic, but as the operating system that decides whether strategy actually gets executed.
