Testimonials

Gary has assembled a group of like-minded CEOs and guided us through effective issue processing and best practice sessions designed to help make us better leaders. I’m confident that we’ve all become better managers as a result of CEOU’s guidance.

David Goward CEO - Roland DGA Corp

Two years ago we were ready to take our firm to the next level, so we hired Gary Takacs and CEOU. Gary came to us with vision, strategic planning ideas and the know-how to help us follow through. He brought a fresh, new perspective where we had settled on our limited view. He brought innovative suggestions where we had come to accept the status quo. He encouraged us to get outside our comfort zone in networking, technology and service areas. Gary’s gentle persuasion and clear direction are a great combination for strengthening our firm, building our business, and servicing our client base. We have had great success in setting and reaching our goals with CEOU.

I have been a member of Gary’s CEO Peer group for over 4 years and, as a mentor, Gary Takacs (a business coach) has been a tremendous help in my relationship with my business partner. He also has been very beneficial in helping us reduce costs and increase our profits.
